Livio Matassa
Born in Bologna in 1962, member of the Bar since 1989 in Bologna, admitted to practice before trial and appellate courts.
He graduated in taxation law from the University of Bologna in 1986. He specialized in tributary law at the same univerisity in 1987.
He has extensive complex litigation experience as a practicing attorney and as a legal counsel in administrative and civil law, particularly in sports law, commercial, bank and tributary law. He studied in depth investment law and its enforcement. He is a mediator in sports, public and private works contracts disputes.
He was speaker at various conferences and recently he has spoken in "Compound Interests and Swaps: Legal Protection and Possible Remedies" (Bologna, 5 novembre 2010); "Compound Interests, Swaps and Derivatives" (Adria, 6 dicembre 2012).
He is the author of "Document Fulfillment in VAT" (in Giur. Comm., 1988, p. 347).
He is fond of photography and classical music, he loves diving and travelling.
