Mazzucato, Matassa and Tonioni Law Firm is located in Bologna, Piazza Calderini, 1. It comprises of Mauro Mazzucato, Livio Matassa,  Anna Maria Tonioni, Filippo Mazzucato and Massimiliano Fabiani. They are all civil litigation lawyers.
The partners work constantly as a group, each one contributing with their own specific areas of practice. This allows the firm to cover various fields of the civil action: commercial disputes, business disputes, partnership disputes, family law disputes, administrative litigations, international disputes.
Every partner is informed about the legal actions undertaken  by the firm: in case of need, clients can turn to any of our lawyers in order to have assistance or information. But for specific reasons, clients have the obvious right to ask total discretion with the other partners of the law firm.
Our law firm can hear cases before trial and appellate courts. Moreover, we take on cases from all around the world as we are in touch with Italian and foreign professional law firms.
Due to shifts, we are always open, even on vacations times, by appointment only.
